Full refund of your trip
up until the day before departure, (refund within maximum 30 days), if your stay is made impossible because of COVID-19 (proof will be requested).
No deferral, just a full refund of all amounts paid in all the following cases:
- In the case of contamination COVID-19 of one of the people to take part in the trip
- Government decision restricting travel:
Confinement (national, regional, departmental or communal)
Closing of borders
Flight cancellation because of COVID-9
Forced quarantine on return because of COVID-19
- Embargo of certain professions
- Closure of the resort or the lifts for health reasons
When you book we can also offer LOCPLUS insurance
if you wish. This insurance lets you benefit from a number of different guarantees, like in the case of a cancellation, interruption of your stay or delayed arrival.
In the event of a cancellation, interruption of your stay or a delayed arrival related to COVID-19 it works for the following reasons :
-Health problems for the tenant.
- Positive test carried out in the 7 days preceding the stay.
- Death of the Tenant or a Near Relative
- Boarding refused by the transporter
